Her background includes transaction coordination, new construction, client relations, contract management, and marketing, allowing her to provide seamless support throughout every stage of the buying and selling process.

Karlie is passionate about creating a stress-free experience for both clients and agents. Known for her organization, communication, and attention to detail, she takes pride in managing the moving pieces behind each transaction—from coordinating timelines and paperwork to working closely with lenders, title companies, builders, and vendors to help ensure every closing is a success.

Originally from Alabama, Karlie recently relocated to the Charlotte area after spending several years in Orlando, Florida. She is excited to be part of the growing Charlotte community and enjoys helping others feel at home in the Carolinas.

Outside of work, Karlie loves spending time outdoors with her husband. Whether they’re hiking scenic trails, enjoying weekends on the lake, or traveling to live concerts, she values making memories and embracing everything life has to offer.
